Prices and offers

Arrival/departure

• On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 3.00 pm. We kindly ask you to contact us by phone shortly before your arrival.
• On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.00 am.

Deposit

When booking we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The reservation is only binding with the deposit and our reservation confirmation.

Payment

Bank transfer or cash.
In addition to the prices mentioned, we are obliged to collect per cash the municipal tourist tax per person per day (from 14 years).

Cancellation policy

• In case of cancellations up to 3 months before the agreed arrival at the latest, only the deposit will be retained.
• Between 3 months and 1 month, an amount of 50% of the total price must be paid.
• Between 1 month and 2 weeks, an amount of 70% of the total price must be paid.
• For cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice, an amount of 90% of the total agreed price must be paid.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged.

Travel insurance for cancellation protection

You are certainly looking forward to your holiday. But a lot can happen until you arrive and during your holiday! In order to avoid unpleasant situations, we recommend that our valued guests take out travel insurance. For this we recommend the HGV cancellation protection insurance of the "Europäische Reiseversicherung":

Animals

Pets allowed on request.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the house and in the apartment.
